Practising with others is a good way to support our ongoing practice once we have completed a Mindfulness Course. These can refresh your practice if it has lapsed and support deepening your mindfulness if you are practising regularly. Those who have completed Mindfulness courses elsewhere are welcome to attend. This will be a silent day of practice. Please bring your own lunch, tea and coffee will be provided. Mats and cushions will be available, however please bring your own blankets and any preferred sitting equipment if possible. Cost £25
