Establishing an ongoing mindfulness practice once your 8 week course has been completed can be difficult, and research also shows that this ongoing practice is the most beneficial way to embed and develop the skills and attitudes cultivated during the 8 week course. To support this there is now a Mindfulness practice support group which runs once a month , open for people who have completed an 8 week course.
This is a closed group for people who find that the commitment to a monthly practice group helps to support them to continue to deepen their practice and keep it alive and growing. There will be a theme for each month and the session will include guided practices and also time for discussion.
The group will meet on Friday evenings, 7-9pm either online or at Chyan Apple Barn / Cscape Pilates. Dates: Sept. 3rd, Oct. 8th, Nov 12th, Dec. 3rd, Jan. 7th, Feb. 4th
The cost for this committed group will be £15/month payable before the first session (£90). Joining this group supports your commitment to the practice and enables you to get to know a consistent group of people who share this intention.
