This will be a chance to learn more about what Mindfulness is, how it works and the benefits of practising it. It will also be an opportunity to meet those who will attending the 8 week course which is starting later this month. It can be taken as a stand alone event or an introduction to the 8 weeks Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction course. Cost: £10 for the session. This will be deducted from course price if continuing on to the MBSR course later this month.

What do I need?
Wear comfortable loose clothing, have somewhere private to do the session where you won’t be disturbed and where there is somewhere to lie down.
